01Who he is
A passion that grew up on petrol
Yusuf Özcan Doğan is a developer living in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, with cars at the centre of his life. He first met them at seven, behind the wheel of a go-kart. From the age of twelve he started professional training in both driving and car modification.
Over the years his road led to music, briefly to a garage of his own, and finally to the sky: since 2022 he has been an active private jet pilot. One goal never changed — to build a Toyota MR-S that is a true fun machine. The car he bought from a scrapyard in 2024, as a bare chassis, is on track today as Tazzmobil.

Milestones
From a go-kart to a chassis saved from the scrapyard: Yusuf’s years with cars, in order.

First wheel
It all started at seven, behind the wheel of a go-kart. That was his first meeting with cars — speed, corners and that first feeling of a steering wheel in his hands.

Learning the trade
From twelve on he took professional training in both driving and car modification — learning what to do behind the wheel and what goes on under the bonnet in the same years.

Watching from the side
Then he put his education first. For a long time he followed motorsport closely without competing himself. In those years he met Ahmet Bağrıaçık, who still gives advanced driving and drift training in Northern Cyprus. Beyond the friendship they built, he learned a great many technical details from him.

Back, supercharged
He came back to car projects in 2020, this time with a Toyota MR-S (MR2 Spyder). Into it went a supercharged 2ZZ-GE engine taken from a Lotus Exige 240R. When his education came first again, he let this project go too.

2020 was also the year of another dream: music. Yusuf focused on a music career and put his name to many successful works there too. These days he seems to be taking a break from music.

Scrapyard to track
He turned up at night street races and rolling races, but one goal stayed on his mind: a Toyota MR-S that is a true fun machine. In 2024 he bought an MR2 Spyder from a scrapyard as a bare chassis and, with his own hands, turned it into today’s Tazzmobil.
